Mad Hatter

A mad hatter is the ring master of a mad circus. Their appearance is humanoid but can take the appearance of any race of any gender and age, with the distinct features being their hats, mask and overall circus master clothing.

They aren't aggressive nor will attack anyone that approaches them even with ill intent but still one should stay away from them. Their circus are their domain, and inside them no law but theirs applies.
